With this exclusive deal, you can receive a retrospective discount of up to 20% on a product of your choice from the German Wear range. To qualify, you must publicly share your genuine product experience and meet all the conditions below.

Requirements – All Conditions Must Be Fulfilled

1. Publish a video
Create a publicly accessible video about a product purchased from our shop, such as an unboxing, try-on, demonstration or product review. Publish it on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram or another social media platform.

The video description must include a direct link to www.germanwear.de.

2. Submit the video link
Send us the direct link to your published video by email or WhatsApp.

3. Submit a product review
Additionally, leave an honest and detailed product review:

• in the German Wear online shop,
• on Amazon, or
• on OTTO.

4. Purchase requirement
The product must have been purchased directly from www.germanwear.de. The refund must be requested within 14 days of purchase. Each customer may claim this offer for one product per month.

5. Minimum order value
The minimum order value required to participate is €20.

6. Maximum refund
The refund is up to 20% of the product price actually paid, but no more than €50 per product.

7. Already-discounted products
If the product was already reduced or another discount was applied at the time of purchase, that discount will count towards the total 20% discount. Only the remaining difference will be refunded, up to a total discount of 20% and a maximum refund of €50.

Example: If a product was already discounted by 10%, an additional 10% may be refunded after all requirements have been fulfilled.

What Happens After You Fulfil the Requirements?

Once we have verified the video link, product review and order, the calculated discount amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

Validity and Important Information

• Valid only for orders placed directly through www.germanwear.de
• The refund must be requested within 14 days of purchase
• Limited to one product per customer per month
• Existing discounts will be deducted from the 20% offer
• Maximum refund: €50
• No cash payment or transfer to another person
• The review must be honest; a positive review is not required
