Processing Time

• After receipt of payment by 1:00 PM, we usually ship your goods on the same working day via DHL. You will receive an email from us as shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
• Normally, the goods are reserved for you after order receipt and can be shipped quickly. Exception: The goods might have been sold elsewhere during your order process, i.e., if only a few copies of the item were available that day.

DHL Express / Fast Shipping (Guaranteed Next Day Delivery)

2:00 PM: Delivery date selectable/changeable in the DHL portal after the first SMS or email. This is only possible within Germany. However, please note that this is only possible from Monday to Thursday.
With this, you will receive the goods directly on the next day after receipt of payment, guaranteed. This service is offered by DHL, costs an extra €9.90, and is only available from Mon.-Thu..

The goods must be ordered and paid for by Thursday at 2:00 PM at the latest. Goods that are to be shipped on Friday using the 24-hour service will only reach you on Monday, but you have the option to change it to a desired delivery date on the DHL portal. A planned Saturday delivery is also possible and costs €19.90 per shipment.

Orders placed with the 'Express Shipping' option from Friday 2:00 PM until Sunday midnight and paid for will only be shipped on Monday. You will then receive the goods on Tuesday.

Return Costs

Generally, we always refund the actual purchase price of the goods as well as any outgoing shipping costs incurred. According to the right of withdrawal, the customer has to bear the return shipping costs themselves. In cases caused by our fault (such as incorrect delivery, delivery of defective goods, etc.), please contact us BEFORE returning the goods so that we can offer you a solution, or from abroad, please advance the shipping costs and we will then refund them. Within the EU, we refund the outgoing shipping costs if the entire shopping cart is returned.
